PROVISION WITH PURPOSE

‎ Ecclesiastes 10:19b(NIV)
‎_… Money is the answer for everything._

‎ Luke 6:38 (NIV)
‎_Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you._

‎Money plays a powerful role in human life, touching nearly every aspect of our daily existence. Scripture plainly acknowledges this reality when it says that money answers all things. However, God never intended money to control man; rather, He designed man to steward money according to divine principles. The way a person views money can shape their emotional state, spiritual sensitivity, and overall outlook on life. When money becomes a source of fear, lack, or obsession, it can lead to anxiety and depression. But when it is understood through God’s perspective, money becomes a tool for purpose, peace, and provision.

‎God’s money law is simple yet profound, giving precedes receiving. In the Kingdom of God, increase does not begin with accumulation but with release. Many believers pray earnestly about financial needs, yet often overlook the seed God requires them to sow. Scripture reveals that whenever a need arises, God usually places a seed in our hands to meet that need. This seed may be in the form of money, time, resources, or generosity toward others. Malachi 3:10, shows that God invites us to trust Him through giving, attaching promises of provision and overflow to obedience in this area.
‎At the core of God’s financial system, is trust expressed through giving. Giving is not merely a transaction; it is a declaration of faith. When we give, we acknowledge that God is our true source and sustainer. Our handling of money reflects our understanding of God’s nature and our dependence on Him. A generous heart remains spiritually alive, hopeful, and free, while a closed hand often leads to spiritual dryness. When believers align their financial habits with God’s law of giving, they position themselves to experience His faithfulness in every area of life.

‎ REFLECTIONS
‎● Do I truly believe that God is my source, or do I rely more on money for security?

‎● When I have a need, do I ask God what seed He wants me to release?

‎● Does my handling of money draw me closer to God or cause distance in my walk with Him?

‎ KEY TAKEAWAYS
‎● Money influences both spiritual and emotional well-being when not handled with God’s wisdom.

‎● Giving is God’s ordained pathway to provision and increase.

‎● Obedience in financial matters is a practical expression of trust in God.
