An old man was planting a fruit tree but his detractors, saw him and
were cynical. They found his action plain stupid. “old man do think you will yet live long enough to enjoy
the fruit of that tree?” they asked cynically.
“Well” says the wise old one, “the fruits I have so far enjoyed in my life were not planted by me. 1 am
just trying to give back a little of what life and the world has given to me”
Nearly every convinience we enjoy today is the result of some one else’s toil, sacrifice and tears. Heaven
knows what blessings may come from ours.
