Let’s wait and see when Trump’s Children and Giuliani will be arrested and the 25th amendment invoked on Trump. Heads will roll in the USA, including those at the police department who knew about the attack before it happened but refused to act. Did the police keep quiet because the attackers were White or were they instructed not to intervene? FBI investigators will reveal the truth soon.
Subject: Re: A second impeachment and 25th amendment options will do credibility damage but I am not sure of disqualification. However, there are existing statutes generally barring persons who engage in certain criminal acts from seeking public office including the presidency. In light of what just occurred where-in the president clearly incited an insurrection(at the minimum), he can be barred from seeking public office in the future if successfully prosecuted and his conduct is within the ambit of the disqualifying criminal statutes. Still not sure of the constitutionality of self pardon but I believe he can be pardoned by the VP if he resigns. Congress may of course consider a constitutional amendment stripping a sitting president of immunity and self pardon powers and holding him criminally liable in matters of treason, aiding and/or abetting or conspiring to cause Insurrection or criminally interfering with the constitutional processes of a peaceful transfer of power??♂️……a very long shot though.

What matters most is the MESSAGE and SYMBOLISM and not necessarily the success….the clown and sociopath called DJT’s future political plans must be dealt a crushing blow and America must be seen to show intolerance of this show of shame for history and posterity.
