Press Release – Special Interest Entertainment, Arts, Culture & FilmDe Muse Jazz Cafe is hosting an Independent Film Shoot for a short film with Local Belgian Talent and EU/ Sweden to Nederland Talent with the USA to air in the short film festivals.
Lovely Belgium is the focus of local spots with character. This place got on the list for an international film with independent filmmakers to collaborate with USA and EU markets.The Arts have a collaboration team of Belgium / Nederland / USA / Nepal / Africa – creatives with fine arts to creative acting, musicians, and entertainment talent to come together to help make this short film a reality.
We will be wrapping up shooting at this location while we prepare to move to another location to complete the last of the two-day shoot. There will be a private wrap party and you can get a pass if you show up to the location of the shoot at 1100 at the De Muse Jazz Cafe on Melkmarktstraat in the city of Antwerpen near Groenplaats.

Speak Easy bars of the 30’s and 40’s from the Great Depression to the WWII.
The era that brought bold stories of men and women who found a glimpse of paradise, that vanished into vapour, in their time of: bars, boys-in-uniform, babes, illegal booze, remnants of WWI to the upside-down, inside-out world of: Love, Lost, Lustre, Secrets and Lies.
Speak Easies will in fact be a collection of Short forms that will in total connected stories of individuals to the full feature length film and a Film Music Score. The Music Score will progress from to the “Speak Easy / Piano Bars” first in the series to the last. Reflecting on one core song in each episode so-to-speak.
A Concept laced with individual songs that shows a hook and a spin on the stories heard and others never shared from an era that has the last of those still living. Those souls that dared to whisper what was hidden in a time where silence hid secrets of passion to poison.
Speak Easies is a storyline concept by Cain to bring a known genre into market that can exploit the power of short stories as a mainstream revenue portal for the Studio Streaming Platform.
Short Overview
● Shiela is about the young girl’s transition into a woman of the night
in the Speak Easy Bars of the day in the 40’s during the war. She
ends up being the keeper of secrets that never believes in true Love.
Only to find in the arms and heart of a soldier – LOVE. Enough, that
she finally breaks her rules to never trade secrets to save his life.
The story is told in a short form with a music clip in the middle and
end from talent on the screen, a tragedy that ends with the
beginning flash back.
