teenager who stabbed a girl in the chest and another boy many times has been sentenced to 13 years.
The attacker, who cannot be named for legal reasons, injured the pair at a bus stop outside a shop in Kirkby on 30 April.
Witnesses rushed to help the victims, who were taken to hospital for treatment, with one man at the time describing the situation as “terrible” as more than a dozen emergency service vehicles responded.
The 15-year-old attacker, who was 14 at the time, was arrested shortly afterwards at his home and has been convicted of attempted murder, assault and possession of an offensive weapon at Liverpool Crown Court
