Peter Obi, who claimed that Nigeria lacks democracy, was allegedly part of the Abacha military administration. In fact, he was appointed to head Tin-Can Port by Abacha. So, while the Abacha regime was targeting pro-democracy activists, honored by President Tinubu yesterday, Obi was allegedly involved in mismanaging the national treasury with Abacha and stashing funds in Caribbean countries.
