I remember reading in Gorge Orwell’s Animal Farm that All animals are equal. This was later modified or upgraded by a particularly tyranical pig that All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others. Very apt, considering that the elephant and the ant are animals, but there is no way that one can say that they are equal.
So when it come to man, it is obvious that some folks have the impression that they are more equal than others. Yes, some folks really think if men were animals, they will be the whales and the sharks and the lions, while others are ants and grubby insects they could crush any time they so desire.
The above posr is an extract from the Constition of America, which declares that all men are equal. However, unfortunately it is in this self same land that one sees the greatest perpetuation of human inequality. It is in America that a criminal who happens to be white and is resisting arrest will scream to the world to hear Why are you treating me like a black person … ?
